Les Tres Cales is a quiet residential area set behind stone walls and amidst pine groves and flowers. Villa Jacaranda is a very spacious 4-bedroomed, Spanish styled luxury villa, surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens with superb large private heated swimming pool and adjacent dining/relaxation area. Cala Forn beach, a five minute drive from Villa Jacaranda, is an un-crowded golden sandy beach with beautiful blue sea which makes it ideal for swimming. The beach offers excellent snorkeling, particularly around the rocky perimeters of the cove, where hundreds of varying species of fish can be observed in their natural habitat. A bar can be found on the beach which sells a variety of refreshments including alcohol. A permanent volley ball court, life guard facility and toilets can also be found.

All of the beaches around Tres Cales have been awarded blue flags and the coastline of L'Ametlla is one of the cleanest coastlines in Europe with its small sandy beaches and coves set amongst dramatic cliffs.

The small bay of St. Jordi , set between the charming fishing town of L’Ametlla de Mar to the south and Cambrils to the north, it benefits from wonderful views of the sea and mountains. Rich in history, the area gets its name from its 12th century castle on the sea front, built by Templar knights to defend against Saracen invasions.
