The GR92, a footpath stretching from Italy to Southern Spain, passes along the coast of Tres Cales. Just walking a short stretch allows you to enjoy spectacular coastal scenery. Tres Cales is a popular base for nature lovers planning to visit the Ebre Delta, whose wetlands are abundant in wildlife. Fish the River Ebro, Europe’s most prolific producer of huge Wells Catfish, Carp, Barbel Black Bass, Zander and huge shoals of Roach and Rudd. The Delta is of international importance for its plant species and 95 nesting species of birds.

purified drinking water supply, no need to buy bottled. Two of the bedrooms have patio doors leading onto terraces with panoramic views. There are two family bathrooms and one en-suite from the master bedroom. The second bathroom is on the first floor ideally located for the second and third bedrooms, this has been newly renovated to a very high standard with a walk-in shower enclosure, sink and toilet. The third bathroom is located on the ground floor, also having been recently renovated to an equally high standard with large walk-in shower enclosure, sink and toilet. Air conditioning is fitted in the lounge, dining room and two of the bedrooms. Guests wishing to take advantage of the mild winter season can note that the villa has central heating.

Jacaranda is surrounded by beautifully maintained secluded gardens, highlighted by a superb large private swimming pool and adjacent dining/relaxation area. Within the garden is an enclosed kitchen and barbecue, providing that perfect setting for an informal lunch or evening relaxation, and yes, a drink or two!
Tres Cales is a residential development located between L’Ametlla de Mar and Hospitalet de L'infants. Some shops, a supermarket, bars a bar/restaurant, bakery and a childrens' play park a short walk from the villa. In L’Ametlla de Mar and
Tres Cales you will discover a slice of Spain as it used to be; sand, sea and sun without the crowds; an ideal location for a wonderful family holiday.

Jacaranda is situated in one of the most naturally diverse areas of the Costa Dorada. The picturesque coast is brimming with lovely beaches, charming villages and an intriguing history and culture. Several blue flag sandy beaches, excellent for children, are within a five to ten minute drive.
A car is advisable in order to fully appreciate the surrounding area of Tres Cales and L'Ametlla, though there is a bus service that runs regularly from Tres Cales to L'Ametlla.
Villa Jacaranda is also conveniently located for Reus, Calafell, Salou, Sitges, Cambrils, the magnificent Templar Castle and village of Miravet, Port Aventura adventure park, the Ebre Delta nature reserve popular for bird-watching and fishing the mighty River Ebro, Tarragona, and for the golfers, Bonmont Terres Noves , 20 minutes drive away. A rail connection from L’Ametlla de Mar will take you on scenic coastal journey into Barcelona.
